heads up to public transit’n pstucks
so trimet implemented this new thing where they now have “plainclothes transit officers” which i think is them taking likening those guys to police officers a little too far but whatevs. Point is, you won’t anymore be able to quickly scan a max car and see if there’s a fare inspector aboard, cuz now it’s just dudes wearing clothes doing it. So, just a heads up to be safe and alert on the max’s - trust me, it’s a lot better to pay the odd two bucks than to pay the $175 fine.
Portlandstuck 4/13 Meet!
Hey, just for everyone who wasn’t at the meet, there will not be a dance this weekend, but there will be a cosplay meetup in celebration of 4/13! The theme for this cosplay meet will be… HOMESTUCK.
Daring and original, I know.
We will be meeting in the park blocks just up from Director Park at noon, though if the weather is nice I for one will be going down to DP for a bit to wade in the fountain.
It will be a meet. Homestuck may or may not be discussed.
Also, if you have an opinion about whether the Prom-ish dance should be outside at Wilshire Park (or some other park easily accessible by public transit), which would be cheaper and allow for more amenities, or if we should go for an indoor location, you should send your opinion to Mariska or Portlandstuckdances.

Sylvania Homestuck Club
FYI the Sylvania club fair is this week and there’s someone trying to start a homestuck club, and they only need a few more sign ups. Also, I didn’t recognize any pstucks in the list of those already signed up, which is cool.
